Account Deletion

FitGo lets you delete your account directly in the iOS app. You can also contact support if deletion fails.
These pages describe FitGo's current and planned practices. They must stay aligned with the app, App Store Connect, and the providers actually used.
In the app
Open FitGo > Profile > Settings > Account & Security > Delete my account. You can also use the deletion button in the Settings screen.
Data deleted
- Supabase Auth account and FitGo profile.
- Routines, sessions, sets, statistics, weight, records, and synced workout data.
- Posts, likes, comments, follows, follow requests, and social content linked to your account.
- Messages, check-ins, goals, insights, nutrition, pain, measurements, and coach data.
- Meals, foods, nutrition scans, water, targets, and synced nutrition data.
- Coach notification tokens and account-related technical data when possible.
Data that may remain
Some information may be retained when required by law, Apple, accounting, tax, security, fraud prevention, a dispute, or a technical obligation. App Store purchases also remain visible in your Apple account.

If deletion fails, email hello@fitgo.app with the subject “Delete Account”. We will respond within a reasonable time.
