Payments and Refunds

FitGo iOS purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The rules shown in the App Store and your Apple ID account apply.

These pages describe FitGo's current and planned practices. They must stay aligned with the app, App Store Connect, and the providers actually used.

Purchases and subscriptions

  • Prices are shown in the App Store or in the app before purchase.
  • Subscriptions, when active, renew automatically unless canceled in Apple ID settings.
  • Pro access or paid routine access depends on a valid, non-expired transaction.
  • Price changes, free trials, renewals, and cancellations follow Apple rules.

Restore purchase

Use “Restore Purchases” in the app if you change devices or reinstall FitGo. Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. FitGo does not receive credit card data and does not control Apple’s final decision.
