Terms of Use
Last updated: May 26, 2026
These terms govern the use of FitGo. By creating an account, using the app, or purchasing content, you accept these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These pages describe FitGo's current and planned practices. They must stay aligned with the app, App Store Connect, and the providers actually used.
1. Service
FitGo provides a workout tracking, routines, statistics, Apple Watch, Garmin, social, routine shop, AI coach, and nutrition estimation tool. Features may evolve, be limited, suspended, or removed.
2. No medical advice
FitGo does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, therapeutic plans, emergency services, professional nutrition advice, or clinical monitoring. The information is general and educational.
3. User responsibility
- Evaluate your health before training and consult a professional if needed.
- Stop immediately if you experience sharp pain, discomfort, dizziness, injury, or concerning symptoms.
- Use safe technique, choose appropriate loads, and do not blindly follow an AI suggestion.
- Verify calories, portions, macros, and nutrition information before using them.
- Do not use FitGo for an emergency, diagnosis, serious injury, eating disorder, allergy, or medical condition requiring professional precision.
4. AI Coach
The AI coach may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable responses. It does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist, nutritionist, kinesiologist, or certified trainer. FitGo may block or redirect dangerous requests.
5. Nutrition and food photos
Nutrition analyses from photos, text, or barcodes are estimates. Portions, foods, calories, and macronutrients may be wrong. They must not be used as the sole basis for important medical, nutrition, or food decisions.
6. HealthKit, Apple Watch, and devices
You control Apple Health and connected device permissions. FitGo is not responsible for sensor errors, synchronization issues, permissions, calculations, or missing data from Apple Watch, HealthKit, Garmin, or another device.
7. Account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You must report any unauthorized access.
- FitGo may suspend or close an account for abuse, fraud, payment circumvention, technical attacks, illegal content, or violation of the terms.
8. Payments, Pro, and shop
iOS purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Prices, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the rules shown in the App Store and your Apple ID account. Pro access or paid routine access depends on a valid transaction.
9. Refunds
App Store purchase refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. FitGo can help you understand a purchase but does not control Apple’s refund decision.
10. Intellectual property
FitGo, its name, logo, design, code, text, features, data models, and content provided by FitGo are protected. You may not copy, resell, scrape, bypass, attack, disassemble, or exploit FitGo outside normal authorized use.
11. User content
You remain the owner of the data and content you provide. You grant FitGo a limited license to store, process, display, sync, and transmit that content only to provide, secure, and improve the service.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FitGo is not responsible for injuries, losses, food decisions, athletic results, data loss, downtime, AI errors, sensor errors, or indirect damages arising from use of the application.
FitGo does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, performance, calorie accuracy, continuous availability, or absence of errors.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
